All WGA members are encouraged to invite a guest to experience our WGA camaraderie and our beautiful golf course! Members can play this Step-Aside Scramble with another WGA member if they choose.
The event fee is $150/twosome and includes snack, range balls, prizes, swag, lunch and a "Safari Sangria" toast to our wild side! Green and cart fees are not included and will be automatically charged to the member on the day of the event. (Carts are mandatory for this event to maintain pace of play.)
Registration Information:
Registration will end on June 16th or when we reach a maximum of 100 participants (whichever comes first). Members must register and pay for their guest as a twosome through the WGA website.
To register yourself and a guest: Check the first box to pay $150 for you and your guest.
Check the dropdown menu by “Select Partner” to see if your guest is already in our system (if your guest played in Guest Day in an earlier year, or is a former WGA member, their name will likely appear here). If you find your guest in the dropdown menu by “Select Partner,” select her! Then click on “Register and Pay Online.”
If your guest is not listed , then you will choose “GUEST OF MEMBER” near the top of the dropdown menu. You will then be asked to supply your guest’s name, email address, and approximate handicap. Then click on “Register and Pay Online.”
You must pay the full $150 event fee for you and your guest.
To register yourself and another WGA member as your “guest”: Check the second box to pay $75. Select your playing partner's name from the dropdown menu by “Select Partner.” In this case, you may pay only your $75 share of the $150/twosome event fee. Be sure to have the WGA member who is your "guest" register online as well, choosing your name as her partner and paying her $75 share of the $150/twosome event fee.
After registering and paying, please click on this link, See Registrants, to make sure that you and your guest are listed as playing together.
